This vegan salmon imitation is of course ultra processed… thus wouldn’t really eat this too often. But it tastes nice on bread, it’s not too thick and the flavour is pleasant too. Was a positive surprise finding this by pure chance in my local lidl.. #vegansalmon

Piacevolmente sorpresa da questo prodotto. La consistenza è quella del salmone affumicato e il sapore, molto delicato, lo ricorda vagamente. Provato solo a crudo, probabilmente perde un po’ da cotto.
