My first time at Vegan Shoku in Vancouver. It’s a bit of a hike
from home in North Vancouver. If I lived closer I would be eating here a lot! I love eggplant and this was probably the best dish I’ve ever tasted in a sushi place, pre or post vegan. If you like sushi and you live in Vancouver or are visiting, please try it. Deeeelicious. Note, no alcohol.
