Crostata alla marmellata di fragole! Molto buona 

as usual I started eating before taking the Pic. they were out of chocolate soufflé

so I went for the apple crostata. it delivered! liked it stuffed it down my face in less than a minute. would be better with some vegan whipped cream, but I didn't dare to ask
