Tofu ‘paneer’ Samosa

The Sudra’s Tofu ‘Paneer’ Samosa is made with locally sourced tofu, Portland’s very own OTA

Tofu. Served with tomato chutney and coconut yogurt on the side 🥥 , these samosas are perfectly flaky and, not to mention, comforting. 🤤 I appreciated the Sudra’s take out packaging as well, which was recyclable foil and a brown paper bag.

No dairy cows were involved in making the delicious paneer inside this samosa.

This appetizer of two Tofu ‘Paneer’ and Kale Samosas comes with little dipping sides of

tomato chutney and coconut yogurt. Very well spiced and the dips compliment them perfectly. They seem a little pricey for what they are, but paired with another item like the black lentil kofta bowl are great. My boyfriend and I shared these. The bowls are very filling.

Beautifully displayed with delicious sauces. A tiny bit dry without sauces. Still so very tasty!
