The Sudra’s Tofu ‘Paneer’ Samosa is made with locally sourced tofu, Portland’s very own OTA
Tofu. Served with tomato chutney and coconut yogurt on the side 🥥 , these samosas are perfectly flaky and, not to mention, comforting. 🤤 I appreciated the Sudra’s take out packaging as well, which was recyclable foil and a brown paper bag.
