Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Take out often doesn’t always look pretty and this also didn’t travel well back to my hotel especially in the summer heat 🤪 Regardless, it tasted 💯 It had a pretzel crust and peanut butter mousse topping with chocolate pieces. Delectable 🤤

Always absolutely adored cheesecake and now that I’m vegan I don’t have to miss out! Complete hit with my omnivore boyfriend as well!
