Gaufres

This dish BLEW ME AWAY! It was so amazingly flavorful. The waffle was soft and the mushroom topping was perfectly seasoned. Malcolm ordered this dish this time, but I’m absolutely getting this next time we go.

I'm conflicted because the first time I had this waffle dish it was mind blowingly delicious. The taste of the waffle with the sauteed mushrooms and the maple and truffle mayo was insane. I went back to have it again and it was not the same. Great, but not as great. I still highly recommend going to this restaurant. They have an awesome menu.
