Cold Smoked Onion Ramen

Cold day, hot ramen win for everyone. Sometimes I order extra noodles

Me gustó bastante la combinación de brotes de soja, algas, apio... Y podías añadir huevo vegano, pero me daba mal rollo 😅

We got this dish for the buckwheat noodles and to try the vegan egg. The dish was ok in flavor (needed to add extra chili powder and oil) - definitely filling though! The egg was unique - mimicked the texture for sure!
