Colourful and filling salad / grain bowl. I liked that there were plant protein sources in the form of black beans and chickpeas, but they were completely unseasoned. Would have liked a bigger serving of chilli-mint chimichurri and cilantro-cumin-chipotle dressing to toss with the ingredients. (Contains alliums, $18.50)
The veggies would be nicer if they were roasted, otherwise pretty healthy and filling bowl :)
Beautifully presented, I liked how the halved avocado came lined with white and black sesame seeds! Good amount of fresh veggies, beans, corn, salsa, and some quinoa. Overall also filling!
The kale could’ve been prepared a bit better since it was more on the raw and bitter side. Dressing was amazing but the dressing to salad ratio needed more!! Ordered a size large for 3 people. Worth it.
