This was made using part of a single gigantic bear’s tooth mushroom 🍄🟫 (foraged by owners Humi and Jason) that was mixed with tofu misozuke and veggies, wrapped tightly in dumpling skins, deep fried, and served with a house sweet and sour sauce. It was fantastic.
