Sacha Lion's Mane Udon

Very good meal ! Lions Mane taste a lot like chicken, it made it heart full and broth was really good. I liked a udon ramen bowl like this one ! #udon #lionsmane

This udon is for the mushroom fans out there. The thick noodles are super satisfying, and the lion’s mane mushrooms have a great, almost meaty bite. The shacha broth is rich and flavorful, and all the different mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach make it a hearty, comforting dish.

This soup noodle dish is heavenly and full of umami. It can afford to be less oily though! But so hearty and perfect lunch or dinner item.

My first time having sacha so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was quite a deeply savoury soup and comforting on a cool night, with lots of different textures from the crispy “ikan bilis”, spinach, portobello and lion’s head mushrooms, and tomatoes.
