Buddha bowl

I did a double take when I saw the soy because it looked so much like beef! The soy was so tender and juicy and was perfect with the noodles and fresh vegetables. The house sauce for the bowl gave the whole thing good acidity and tanginess. Definitely worth eating again for only 10 USD!
