Delicious. Tempeh was tender and burger was cheesy in a nice way. The fresh basil leaves were fantastic to go with the burger.

1st time trying! Decided to drop by Mong Cha Cha after a long time..... I am going to a gathering and the chances of any vegan food at all later is like zero lol. So now I am here for some #vegantreats. The burger is smaller than I remember and the server was kinda rude??? But whatever it actually tastes very good! Did not think of having the basil tempeh cheese combination. I also always love nomvnom and mcc burger buns. So soft and light and I do not feel heavy after eating. I just finished the burger and still feel hungry though.
My favourite tempeh patties with Violife cheddar slice, vegan mayonnaise, and basil leaves. Overall a nice and savoury burger, but the herbs did not seem well integrated into the dish as they were literally standalone leaves. Perhaps a pesto-inspired basil mayo dressing would have been better! ($10.90)
While the basil in this burger is an acquired taste, the cheese went well with tempeh.
