Wow. What a dessert. The brownie had a fudgey consistency and a dark chocolate flavor. In other words, it was perfect. The sorbet was, likewise, highly intense chocolate. It seemed like a high cacao content. Now place the brownie and sorbet in a puddle of what chocolate sauce that seemed more like melted brownie batter. Heaven.
Brownie (con datteri e mandorle), accompagnato da una pallina di sorbetto fatto in casa, gusto a scelta (nel mio caso castagna). Buonissimo!
