Le Montage Ala Cart is a food cart in #seportland located at the Hawthorne Asylum Food Carts on Madison. According to their menu, Spold = creamy Cajun spiced, and Old=creamy garlic, so this is a combination of the two. This Mac is their only vegan option and you get the choice of broccoli or jalapeno for a free topping. I went with broccoli. 🥦 And I’m glad I did since this Mac definitely had a Cajun spice to it! It was tasty but I would have preferred a regular macaroni noodle versus the one they serve, which is more like a rigatoni noodle that’s elbow shaped. I also kind of hate these plastic box containers like this one that many food carts use.
