Sambal Petai Fried Rice

🌶🍛 I was pleasantly happy to see the petai rice come not only with the

rice, but also a good amount of veg as accompaniments. Super plus point for me. The fresh cucumber and lightly cooked bok choy, goes well with the more heavy flavoured rice and fi*h patty. Not to forget the sambal chili~ 😘

This was on their special-of-day menu. Enjoyed the variety of ingredients and the rice was

well fried and flavourful. Wish there was just a liiiiitle bit more petai (I would pay more). Grateful for an Asia fusion vegan bistro like Genesis. Have been following them since their Circular Road days.
