Very tasty thin crust with homemade vegan chorizo!

So, I’m in lockdown by myself with this AMAZING pizza...who would know (besides the cat) if I were to eat the entire pie?!? Seriously, this is a unique take on a classic brick oven/wood fired pizza. San Marzano tomato, house-made/plant based chorizo, vegan mozzarella (#ditchdairy), black beans, corn, cilantro, lime crema & scallions. The sauce is sharp & tangy and the mozzarella is rich. The ‘star’ is the chorizo! I can’t describe how much I love it. It has so much flavor and a spiciness that builds slowly to a nice heat!
