Familia vegana, hoy te voy antojar unos Tlacoyos Malintzin de los amigos de Aura Vegana, son de frijol con nopales encebollados, queso de almendras y jitomates cherrie, servidos con salsa verde martajada, deliciosos amigos 🤤 advertencia son porciones muy generosas 🤗😉 para que llegues con hambre 😁😄

Son 2 tlacoyos muuuy grandes, ideales para compartir o para llevarte el resto porque son muy llenadores. Están ricos pero no me encantaron, los sentí muy secos, la masa no estaba muy rica, los frijoles más secos de lo que deberían, lo que ayudó un poco fueron los nopales y la salsa verde martajada que está muy rica. No los volvería a pedir, tienen platillos mucho más ricos 😉

La salsa con la que acompañan los tlacoyos es muy buena.

We specifically sought out this restaurant because we wanted to try tlacoyos, which are a Pre Hispanic Traditional Mexican dish. It’s similar to an empanada, but more flat. It’s masa stuffed with beans and this one had nopales and some kind of vegan cheese on top. We honestly didn’t care for them 🙁 They were pretty dry and even the salsa verde couldn’t help with that. The nopales were slimy almost like canned green beans. We’ve had quite a few really great dishes with nopales so we k ow that they are good- maybe they were overcooked? Overall kind of disappointing
