Com Goi Xoai - An Chay Special

One of my favorite dishes, but everything tastes delicious at An Chay.

Another amazing dish from An Chay: a Vietnamese schnitzel served with a mango-cabbage salad, crispy tofu, cucumber, cilantro, home made kimchi, pickled daikon-carrots and fresh herbs. The schnitzel had an amazing soft texture while being super crunchy outside. All the elements of the dish were delicious and it was amazing going from one flavor to the other. Definitely a must-try!
