Didnt take any photos as I didnt bring my phone, but went to Vegandale Chicago Saturday and the food was amazing.
Used the celery leaves in a salad. I think celery leaves make all the difference in the world in a salad. I feel like it's a special treat when I have some to throw in!
Vegan grill-out in my backyard. Zucchino rampicante, ka-bobs with shrooms, peppers and onions, veggie burgers from Aldi, tofu smoked and lightly grilled with a honey/liquid smoke sauce and fresh sage/rosemary on top, and more

My kids love these. I havent tried them but they sure smell good cooking! Too expensive in my opinion, but I keep a few bags in garage freezer for when I'm too busy to cook lunch or dinner for them.
Tastes great! I keep a bag of this around for those times when I'm not actually hungry but cant seem to stop wanting to be eating something. Pretty tough, so you chew it for quite awhile.
Love this brand of seaweed. My 4 year old son rolls these up onto tortillas and eats them every single day.
This is like the simplest thing ever and tasted so incredibly good. I had 2 more bowls after this one. Just some ripped up kale, leftover whole wheat elbows from the kids (left right on the table that they didnt finish😂) more
