Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Flour was found at Superstore in town. It was expensive for how much you get. I would buy it again, but it would definitely not be too often. It’s a treat item for special occasions or when company comes for sure.
I am really proud of the recipe I came up that works wonders with this gluten free flour. The flour is soft and fluffy and after I put all my ingredients in it still was soft and fluffy which I am so proud of!
The taste of this doesn’t have the usual gritty texture when I made it, which makes each and every bit especially delicious.
Whether you want to make vegan chocolate chip pancakes or plain pancakes with @hairyveganmonk’s special rhubarb deliciousness on top, you can make these pancakes just to your taste with this flour!
I haven’t used this to make a cake, but will let you know when I do. Hopefully it will be as deliciously perfect!
