Natures Path #cereal is an #Awesome quality brand, but over the years have seen a crazy increase in price. Will only buy if on sale. I generally serve with oat milk and chopped up #banana 🍌.. not much left 😝

Earths Own Original is my favourite goto. It’s not too sweet, and not overly creamy, and the price is OK in most places, but can be over priced in others. I use for cooking, smoothies, and cereal, and sometimes for hot drinks more

Pegah Dates are very reasonably priced. I like them as a naturally sweet snack, or chopped up and put into smoothies. I purchase these at the Persia Foods store in North Vancouver.

I purchased Pegah #walnuts from Persia Foods. I never buy walnuts as they are usually so expense, but the cost for a large bag is very reasonably priced for just $10. This would cost 3x as much in a regular grocery store. more
Freshly made #humous in 5. mins for a couple of bucks $$. I’ll never buy this in a grocery store again when I can make it #cheaper and better than the stores. It’s a no brainer! 🧠

#Plant-based #deli #slices (#hickory #smoked) are my occasional goto, as they taste so good in #sandwiches, and on #toast. Usually will only but them if they are on sale, as they are usually quite pricey. Lots of #slices more
