Divine! This dish contains lightly breaded cauiflower combined with lots of other veggies and udon noodles in an orange tamari maple sauce. I added tofu as well. It was quite flavorful but not too salty, and definitely enough for two portions.

Cafe Manna is a go-to "special occasion " restaurant, as it's a bit pricey but they go the extra mile to make the food memorable, and tons of vegan options.
