This is a great #pantrystaple to have on hand for smoothies, flax eggs, baked goods, etc. It adds some #omega3 and other healthy nutrients. Bob's Red Mill always has excellent quality at a fair price! ❤️

This roll was quite #sweet, particularly due to the #sweetpotato and #caramel sauce. There's also a #veganmayo, #shitake, and more! It was a beautifully delicate and decadent roll. Would definitely get again! 🍠
