Butter Lettuce topped with rice noodles, Korean style 'beef' bulgogi, shaved carrots and purple cabbage and house-made ginger scallion sauce and sesame seeds.
The ‘beef’ is made from pea protein, and was super flavorful!
These were delicious, fresh, and tasty; I’d definitely get these again.
It was strange and disappointing to see bovine secretion milk and ice cream sold here, as they call themselves a plant based eatery. I didn’t like that they referred to the cow ice cream as ‘regular’, as I feel that normalizes the abuse and detrimental health effects to humans inherent with consuming it.
Equally strange was their use of Dixie paper plates, and plastic cutlery. 🤔
All in all, this is a pretty solid little veg spot, with a small grocery, baked goods, and gifts selection.
