Gluten-free Mac and Cheese

Subpar mac and cheese, lacking flavor and originality. Over time, it got pretty dry. I’d love to see them revamp the cheese sauce with something whole food and healthy. The pasta was at least good, and cooked perfectly. 🍝 #glutenfree
