Crunchy potato cakes one with vegan cream cheese and smoked carrot ‘salmon’ and one with sautéed spinach and creamy mushrooms. The creamiest mushrooms I have tasted. Every component of this dish was delicious and flavourful. Filling and reasonably priced. Only marked down for nutrition because the latkes are deep fried. #latke

so... in my most recent bout of procrastination and self-sabotage, I decided to go down a trip down on memory lane (honestly love to do that) ...and I realized I have a bunch of food pictures I never posted, because I hadn't using Abillion yet!!!
