Chicken rice

I was wowed by the $3.50 chicken rice, only available Tuesdays and Fridays. The chicken was indulgent and crunchy but the amount of veggie sides it came with made it feel very nutritious to eat. Probably the best veg chicken rice in Singapore!

The chikn rice is not textured to preference but otherwise the sides of achar, veggies and soy chikn is great. Chilli is good too

Amazing dish 🎉 it doesn’t have the traditional chicken rice components but what it has is delicious and nutritious: veggies (both cooked and raw), rice, tofu and some mock chicken. Would eat again for sure!

While this wasn’t what I originally pictured when I thought of #chickenrice 🤔 it’s certainly an interesting incarnation… 🤓 This is a pretty well rounded meal for the #veganatwork that’s gotta keep moving 😉 I could’ve had the rice a little fluffier but it seemed to be a leaner healthier grain. The classic reliable side of fried tofu and bok choi are what truly make the meal complete ☺️ The side of pickled something wasn’t half bad and chilli isn’t for me so I can’t give a verdict there. Now, for the main show… the #mockchicken was fried pretty good though breadcrumbs are not my favourite kind of batter 🤫 Still… it’s nice to scarf down the very solid proteins 👍 It’s not the best quality food but considering that this was only $3.50!? That’s well worth your while… There’s still much to try… 😛 just y’all wait

I can’t believe it’s taken me 3 months working from the office to discover this place nearby 🙈 Kudos to my colleagues for taking me here though! It’s just #fuchuk standing in as #veganchicken but at $3.50 the portion and taste are outstanding! Hey @abillion10 where’s our #sgcheapandgood awards! 🙊 The chilli sauce was also super lush and it even came with #tofu and a generous portion of vegetables. I’m actually upset how is this place so good 😭 #bestpicks #cheapandgood
