Chicken rice at Veggie 121 — m1tch9i's Review (Aug 27, 2022)

While this wasn’t what I originally pictured when I thought of #chickenrice 🤔 it’s certainly an interesting incarnation… 🤓

This is a pretty well rounded meal for the #veganatwork that’s gotta keep moving 😉 I could’ve had the rice a little fluffier but it seemed to be a leaner healthier grain. The classic reliable side of fried tofu and bok choi are what truly make the meal complete ☺️ The side of pickled something wasn’t half bad and chilli isn’t for me so I can’t give a verdict there. Now, for the main show… the #mockchicken was fried pretty good though breadcrumbs are not my favourite kind of batter 🤫 Still… it’s nice to scarf down the very solid proteins 👍

It’s not the best quality food but considering that this was only $3.50!? That’s well worth your while…
