is a fully raw vegan restaurant in Ubud, Bali and they added some new menu items whilst I was away and I was so excited to finally try these !
Chewy and on the sweeter side, the shells are made in the dehydrator so they are really different and very delicious 😋! The filling was a beetroot sunflower seed pate with pineapple salsa and a #sourcream . Served with a little Caesar salad, extra sauce and sour cream plus some BBQ cauliflower bites. The tacos had such interesting bright flavours, the pineapple was so zesty and good...and something unexpected too, a hint of cinnamon or clove, or....? Not entirely sure but I loved this dish, very creative and inline with my philosophy to #eattherainbow 🌈 plus a very generous portion for a good price of 75k, that's $4.70!
