For my #[900threview](hashtag-613aca23efd69115961d129e) something quite unique ! 🎉 Raw vegan #[tacos](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cca9) ! Seeds of life is a fully raw vegan restaurant in Ubud, Bali and they added some new menu items whilst I was away and I was so excited to finally try these !
Chewy and on the sweeter side, the shells are made in the dehydrator so they are really different and very delicious 😋! The filling was a beetroot sunflower seed pate with pineapple salsa and a #[sourcream](hashtag-5bfd965833a3a9efa9f6f269) . Served with a little Caesar salad, extra sauce and sour cream plus some BBQ cauliflower bites. The tacos had such interesting bright flavours, the pineapple was so zesty and good...and something unexpected too, a hint of cinnamon or clove, or....? Not entirely sure but I loved this dish, very creative and inline with my philosophy to #[eattherainbow](hashtag-5e87c1a8fbe83c2a3741859c) 🌈 plus a very generous portion for a good price of 75k, that's $4.70!
