Seitan Quesadillas

First all vegan restaurants I visited once I moved to Dallas. The quesadilla rocked my world. I loved all the veggies stuffed inside and the homemade seitan! I asked for home fries on the side since I am a potato lover.

Very cheesy, very savory, lots and lots of flavor!

This quesadilla is filled with seitan and fajita vegetables. It didn’t have a stretchy cheese, but was still creamy and cheese-like. Very flavorful!! Eaten alongside my shake and was very happy :) #veganuary

Not the best. Left a lot to be desired. Kinda of dry, just overall not something I would recommend. Out of all the dishes I tried here on my trip, this was my least fav
