Review of Seitan Quesadillas at Spiral Diner & Bakery by appleappleamanda
This quesadilla is filled with seitan and fajita vegetables. It didn’t have a stretchy cheese, but was still creamy and cheese-like. Very flavorful!! Eaten alongside my shake and was very happy :) #veganuary
