Mystical Mushroom Quesadilla

The red pepper tortilla adds a slight sweetness to the savory flavor. If you’ve had those kinds of tortillas before, you understand their goodness 🤤 I saved half to eat for lunch the next day and it absorbed even more of the flavors! Comes with their famous Kale chips which hit it out the park everytime. ⭐️I recommend adding the walnut meat 🌱

being a #mushroomlover , this is my favorite dish at peace pies - filling and delicious Their entire menu is #rawvegan. I am not much on eating #raw, but they are masters at making it taste good. The piece pies in Encinitas burned down a few years ago, but they are rebuilding. 🎉 #supportlocal

this is SOOOOOOOO good! The first time I tried it I was thinking, a raw mushroom quesadilla? that has to be disgusting. it is my favorite dish there! Their local site burned down but they have a location in San Diego. a bit of a drive so this was a rare treat.

Completely blown away. This was jam-packed with flavor from the slightly sweet coconut tortilla to the salty and savory walnut meat (extra $2 but well worth), creamy cheez, "sauteed" mushrooms and onions, tomatoes and greens, and guacamole (not extra!). It's so huge that I can split it into two meals! One of my favorite top 5 foods. So much so, I went here weekly for 3 weeks straight. I'd happily recommend this to everyone!
