Gnocchi al pesto rosso

En nuestro primer día en Florencia 🇮🇹 comimos aquí. Mi amiga se pidió los gnocchi al pesto rosso y le gustaron mucho, los puntúa con 5 estrellas. The gnocchi was delicious with a rich red pesto sauce and came with some very tasty vegan parmesan. Would get it again.

One of the best pasta dish I have ever had. Tasty, original and definitely not boring. I really appreciated the choice of gnocchi, very well made (and that’s not easy). A must if you like the the sour-ish taste of tomatoes combined with the delicacy of the cashews.

Wow 🤩 I absolutely loved this #gnocchi ! I’m not certain but I think the sauce was made from #sundriedtomatoes and it was incredible. The #pasta was so soft and doughy 😋

Oh myyyyy love!!! Probably these were the best gnocchis I’ve had in my life. Use all of the cheese and enjoy. If you go to Florence this, THIS is my absolute recommendation for you. You’re welcome!
