Vegetarian Bakuteh With Noodles

Bakuteh soup served here is super herby and umami. They have lots of ingredients in the soup like tofu, bean curd, assorted mushrooms and vegetables. It goes really well with either noodles or rice. 🍲 However they only serve this on Monday and Tuesday.
