I was so surprised to hear that an all vegan Ethiopian restaurant opened up near me! It's been open for almost a month and I'm just now hearing about it! Ethiopian restaurants are already almost always very vegan friendly, but having even more options is so incredible!!! These sambusa are so fresh. The outside is so crispy and it's stuffed with lentils! The sweet chili sauce is delicious with it.
