Black Vinegar Fragrant Rice Set

The black vinegar is so delicious! The fillings are mushroom, black fungus, Tau kwa, black beans. Alas I am not a mushroom person which makes me not the best candidate to be objectively reviewing this, but the rice is yummy and plated so nicely, I like the taukwa and beans, and the vinegar sauce is very tasty! I came in past the last order and they very kindly checked what food they had remaining, which is why I selected this. Hope to come back and try their other dishes!

Delicious meal! I prefer the red yeast set slightly more though. Comes with spicy and sour fungus side, very sour and savoury mix of mushrooms and beans and tofu, blue pea rice with chicken rice flavor.

Preferred the red yeast set as black vinegar one is like the vegan version of "pig trotter vinegar" and I never liked that dish because of the sweetness. But ordered it to try anyway. Mushrooms, black fungus and black soy beans were cooked in the black vinegar. Rice and sides are fresh. Came with enzyme drink too.

First time at this vegan place. I love that it’s vegan and alliums free!! Taste is great, not too overpowering. This dish comes with enzyme drink.
