Review of Black Vinegar Fragrant Rice Set at Loving Nature Fortunate Coffee Cafe SG by ziggyradiobear

Preferred the red yeast set as black vinegar one is like the vegan version of "pig trotter vinegar" and I never liked that dish because of the sweetness. But ordered it to try anyway. Mushrooms, black fungus and black soy beans were cooked in the black vinegar. Rice and sides are fresh. Came with enzyme drink too.
