We’re so happy to chance upon this Chinese vegetarian place after our booster vaccine at the community club. This is their herbal soup which is slow cooked with many different herbal ingredients such as dates, lotus seed, mountain yam, mushrooms etc. It felt so nourishing in this warm broth. Best part of all is this tasty mysterious mince meaty thing that I’m still not sure what it’s made off… 🤪 is it monkey head mushroom? Is it soy? Is it seitan? I have no idea but it’s soooo yummy!
