Vegan Chicken & Mayo Tramazinie

Green thumbs has a great vegan menu to choose from. I have tasted everything on their menu and this is one of my favorites.

I really enjoy this dish! It’s quite rich so I couldn’t have it too often but the Mayo is yum, the vegan ‘chicken’ is tasted and I like the addition of cheese in side. We ordered it as a delivery, take out on Uber eats! Only recommendation is that they toast the tramazinie a little more so it’s less bread like and more crunchy.
