Did you know that some sugars are not vegan? Idiotically, some refined white sugars are processed with bone char from cows, and some powdered sugar contains egg whites. It can be hard to know what type of sugar you are consuming, but I try to buy vegan sugars when I can. This brown candy sugar is really nice, giving a nuttier and richer flavour to these biscoff and rainbow sprinkle cookies I made!! #sweettooth

Pure, raw, cane sugar that actually says vegan on the bag. 👍 So much better then the white, processed stuff anyway.
