Pumpkin, leek & chopped pepitas dip

So yummy! All the flavours balance out really well and the texture is nice and

creamy with a crunch from the pepitas. Works great as a dip for crackers and as a sandwich spread. Something different than my usual hummus or guacamole and it’s a very welcome change 😌

This was surprisingly tasty. Pumpkin taste was not prominent and it’s mostly savoury.

Yummm I think I’ve found a new fave dip!!! It was so so so tasty

and incredibly creamy 😍. A nice change from my usual choice of a Yumi’s hummus.

Tastes exactly like mashed pumpkin with bits of pepitas in it. Was hoping for some

more flavour as it’s very bland and needs some sort of spice/seasoning. Nothing unique and quite sweet 🎃 #pumpkin #veganisnotscary
