These are absolutely delicious! Quickly becoming my favourite Yum Baker treat. They’ve got a nice

“chewiness” to them but are melt in your mouth if you dip in tea or coffee. Great ginger flavor!

I hate ginger, but I love gingerbread cookies. These ones in particular are delicious.
