Siu Mai Dumplings

I don’t often give 5 star but these were so delicious ! Everything about them , the filling and skin were perfectly cooked . Very impressed.

Our third tasting from Yugirolls were the siu mai dumplings! These were my favourite of everything we tried. Delicate thin wrappers stuffed with impossible meat, mushrooms, carrots, herbs and tofu. They were super umami from the mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 and had the perfect texture.
