@jonok went wild with the Costco snacks again! These looked really intriguing to me. I love churros, so I was looking forward to having them in chip form. The base is similar to your traditional veggie straws (made with spinach, broccoli, carrot, tomato, beet, and shiitake mushroom), but they're dusted with cinnamon. To me, it didn't really work out. The base is just too savory to really remind me of a churro. It's really just the tube shape and cinnamon that are reminiscent of a churro. Everyone else who has tried them seems to really like them though, so it might just be me. It is pretty wild that a serving size is 22 pieces. They're very large! I am going to have to politely disagree with this brand name. I do not need this. That said I think that's a good thing as I won't sit here and eat the bag and I much prefer my children munch this than other options. The #simpleingredients make me feel good about what my #vegankids are putting in their mouths and it does not hit my daughter with #type1diabetes like regular chips and veggies sticks. They are also #glutenfree. I honestly bought these because they were half the cost of my kids go to chips at Costco. My kids aren't complaining so I am going to keep buying them. However my complaint is I feel there is very little flavor and I feel I can almost taste the bitterness from veggies use? #vegan #abillionlove #veganfortheanimals

I don’t need this. While I always appreciate brands that give us vegan options. This misses the mark. They taste nothing like churros. They just don’t taste good and there is a bit of an aftertaste. I won’t be getting these again.
Disappointing. Texture and crunch were good. However the flavor was meh. Cinnamon was muted at best and while I like a veggie chip I don’t like it as a sweet snack. I wanted to like it but sadly it fell short 😞
