Vegetable stock

Yummy mild #umami flavour. I used it to form the base of my #potato #udon soup dish. It’s a lazy meal night, so I just tossed whatever ingredients I could find in my fridge, including some leftover sweet and savoury #tofu stir-fry, which helped enhance the flavour of the #soup. It’s not bad; I bought it from #VillageGrocer in #JohorBahru 🇲🇾

I needed some soup for my cough and colds. Luckily this product fits the bill.

#vegetablestock #vegan #woolworths #abillionlove Quite frankly I don't quite know when/where/how to use a veg stock in homemade recipes 🤣 cos u know.. growing up in my culture we never used this at all (hehe) But I found this particular stock to be pretty genuine - it's got that deep hue (unlike most other brands that look really light & diluted) + and that intense broth flavour It's still sitting in my fridge now 🤭 me not knowing what to do with it, yet
