Quite frankly I don't quite know when/where/how to use a veg stock in homemade recipes 🤣 cos u know.. growing up in my culture we never used this at all (hehe)
But I found this particular stock to be pretty genuine - it's got that deep hue (unlike most other brands that look really light & diluted) + and that intense broth flavour
It's still sitting in my fridge now 🤠me not knowing what to do with it, yet
