Vindaloo cook-in sauce

Another tasty cook in sauce. This was a little on the hotter side. Probably nothing serious for most spice lovers. It came with a little tub of spice and the cook in sauce. I used the beyond steak in it but I only used half a pack so it vanished in the sauce. I liked it.

Filled with rich flavour, this easy to cook sauce makes a tasty curry in under 20 minutes. Add soya chunks, beans or lentils, along with some peas, sambals and fresh coriander - perfection! #greyton
