These are so easy to make and taste good too. I usually add them to the stir fry veg and soy sauce in the wok after semi cooking them in boiling water first. #stellenbosch

These are my favourite noodles for chow mein. They are just like egg noodles, well as far as I can remember anyway. I love the texture.
