Plant love Dairy free Macadamia nut based grated dairy free cheddar cheese

Tasted the vegan, grated macadamia "cheese" by Woolworths today. It has a bit of a

neutral to mild cheddar taste to it. Decided to make a tomato and cheese sandwich with it. Next experiment, will be to see if it melts. Price: R79.99 for a  250g packet.

I find the nut based cheeses

much better than the others so when I saw this I was intrigued.
I have to say, I tried a little bit straight and it tasted like an actual cheese. Not that stinky feet stuff everywhere tries to pass off obviously without actually tasting the stuff themselves. 😂
I've only tried it in a burrito 🌯 so I'll come back and edit this when I've sampled it a few more times. I'll also know then its meltability etc.
Very very happy so far.
